TEXPOSITION® owns intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, related to its business processes and methods. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of these processes or methods is strictly prohibited.
The Texas Secretary of State and the Texas State Comptroller have current accounts for TEXPOSITION®, BIKESA® (1991), and Bike San Antonio® (1991) . The County Clerk of Bexar County, Texas has recorded and issued an assumed name certificate for TEXPOSITION®, BIKESA® (1991), and Bike San Antonio® (1991) . BIKESA® and Bike San Antonio® have both been used in commerce since 1991. No part of TEXPOSITION® or this website may be copied without express written consent from Mark Sullivan. Violations and plagiarism theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
TEXPOSITION® sponsors, donors, patrons, and subscribers incur no liability, and are hereby absolved of any and all liability from any and all claims, direct or consequential. The broadest release of liability is granted and offered to all sponsors and donors. TEXPOSITION® is acting in good faith and all participants are required to sign a release of liability. Participants agree to the contract conditions and terms upon signing up.
